If you participate in a TCSY training, you'll meet our foundational 3 I's again + again: how can you live, teach + move through the world in ways that are Intelligent (mind), Intentional (heart) + Intuitive (gut). You'll gain practice, tools + resources for balancing these 3 points which make up our inner compass and make our offerings well-rounded and attuned. How might you teach a yoga class that is intelligent anatomically, intentionally created and articulated for the humans practicing with you, and with sequencing that is intuitive?
We are excited to connect with you, and would love to welcome you into an upcoming training! If your questions aren't answered by the information below, reach out + somebody on our team will get back to you.
Our curriculums are meant to be both thorough and well-rounded in our approach of facilitating practice + study of movement, meditation, breathwork, philosophy + self-study. We aim to deliver both ancient wisdom + modern study in ways that are logical, heart-felt and transformative. Our curriculums are certified by Yoga Alliance, and all trainings include: "Techniques Training + Practice," "Teaching Methodology," "Anatomy + Physiology," "Philosophy + Ethics," and "Professional Essentials."
Our trainings are an intentional mixture of online + in-person material, delivered in ways we believe you'll best be able to engage with + return to the material. After completing a TCSY training, you'll be admitted into our Alumni Group where you'll have ongoing access to our trainee community + to Nicole and her team.
Our trainings are in the style of Vinyasa Yoga, which will remain our primary focus of the training. However, we will also incorporate bits of mobility, slow-flow, and yin + restorative elements for you to integrate into your teaching and practice if you choose to. We'll explore both the physicality of the practice through studying anatomy, as well as more energetic explorations like holding the space + reading the room.
Many people are drawn to our trainings for our creative sequencing and playful vinyasa flows. If you are interested in sequencing more creatively, playfully + intentionally - our classes just might be for you! We incorporate options for arm balancing and inversions, but you are not required to have an inversion practice in order to train with us.
Our trainings are a hybrid online + in-person split. Our online material is hosted inside of an online platform which you can access from desktop or an App on your phone, and will connect you to our community of other trainees and facilitators. The online content is a mixture of lecture material, reading and videos which we expect you'll want to re-visit over time. It is completely self-paced. Our in-person modules are packed full with practice time, Q+As, hands-on material and labs and more.
Nicole Wild is our lead facilitator, and she has been teaching yoga since 2015. She has extensively studied with various teachers across schools of yoga including Embodied Flow, Awakening Yoga Academy and more. She has studied anatomy in cadaver labs, meditation with Buddhist teachers, breathwork, somatic movement therapy, Thai massage + more. Alongside Nicole, some of our trainings include material from guest teachers who offer expertise in their specific industries.
If you haven't yet practiced with Nicole, we'd highly suggest trying out some of her free classes on YouTube or inside of the Kula to get a feel for her creative, flowy + heart-felt teaching style.

We are endless learners and insatiably curious about all that this practice can teach us. We value the many areas of study within the practice: anatomy, movement, meditation, breathwork, philosophy, history, Sanskrit, teaching methodology + more. We aim to offer a variety of learning material both online and in-person to make the information the most approachable, digestible, impactful and well-rounded.
We are interested in going deep into the practice + all that it can offer our lives. Yoga is an incredible movement practice, but it is also so much more than the physical. What the yoga practice wants for you is to feel more free -- free to move well in your body, free in your mind-space from thought-patterns that keep you stuck, and more connected to your heart and your gut. We believe that this practice is not only a mat-practice, but a life-practice.
Humans are meaning-making creatures, and in TCSY trainings we embrace the exploration of 'why?'. We hope you'll leave our trainings with a whole lot more knowledge and practice time, but also with a nudge to live your whole life a bit more fully — living life with passion and purpose and embracing all that it means to be human. We want to experience every drop and flavor and texture of life, and see our whole worlds light up because of it. That is a walking yoga practice.
